Bay to Bay Race
Mission Bay to San Diego Bay
June 16, 2001
The San Diego 505 Fleet hosts an annual distance race that is truly unique. This marathon-length race begins off of the Mission Bay Jetty, rounds Point Loma into San Diego bay, heads around the center piling of the Coronado Bay Bridge and finishes off of Shelter Island. The luau at the end is not to be missed.
